The Corporate Model is a Human Resource Management tool that allows anyone to take recruitment on the Web into their own hands.

What it does...

With Prospects, you can post your company's own jobs on the Web and collect responses online.  Resumes are stored directly into a database, which is fully equipped with an exhaustive set of search tools.  

Since Prospects is also a client/server application, you can use it to post jobs simply within your company's intranet.  Whether you are posting your jobs on the internet or your intranet, Prospects makes the applicant search a simple and easy process.

What it can do for you...

What sets Prospects apart from similar applications is its Web component.  Prospects harnesses the power of the Web by running two databases at once: one on the corporate level and one on the Web.  

The Web database is used to collect resumes from interested applicants, and to display available positions.  It is up to you to select which applicants you are interested in and which resumes you wish to download.

The Corporate database will never contain unwanted data; once you have downloaded all the resumes that interest you, the database is replicated on the Web.  This prevents it from becoming congested with unnecessary data.

The process starts with the Corporate database.  Job openings and applicant profiles are loaded into the database.

Once all the information is complete, the database is replicated to the Web server.

Potential applicants can log into your website and access the information on the database.  They can submit their information online, where it is all gathered on the Web database.

At any time, you can log onto the Web database and download the profiles that interest you.  This way, your database will never be congested with unnecessary information.  

With all the applicant information stored, you can categorize, organize, filter, and sort through the profiles to find the best match for your job openings.
