Prakash Bansod, P. Eng PROJECT MANAGER pbansod@miteinc.com	Prakash has Bachelors(Hons.), Masters and Doctorate degrees in Engineering from U.K. Universities. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and Order of Engineers of Quebec. Prakash has about 25 years of experience in software develpment. He worked in the aerospace industry for 20 years.This work involved the support of large scale engineering projects and the development of software based design tools. His experience spans the use of a variety of development platforms ranging from Super-Computers, Main Frames to Unix workstations. As a principal business developer for MITE, Prakash now focuses his attention on database development and client/server opportunities in the business community in Ontario and Michigan.

Manoj Srivastava BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT	Manoj is an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, . Gerald Peng IT CONSULTANT	Gerald has been a part of the IT industry for the last 6 years, managing clientele with Training and Internet presence issues. He his currently focused on client liaison for technical requirements and specifications, web site design and layout for e-commerce related systems. Darren Spokes, B.A. SALES CONSULTANT (currently on sabbatical)	Having graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Economics degree, Darren is currently pursuing an honors degree (part-time) in Software Engineering at the University of Toronto. Darren has also gained valuable skills from his previous work experience and from volunteering with community based organizations. Darren currently works as the Sales Manager for MITE Inc.  Here, Darren is responsible for project management, proposal writing, IT marketing & research, community relations, and small business management.
